Bauer Motorsports Inc. (BMS Marine) was started in 2001, when Matt Bauer finished his tour in the U.S. Coast Guard, as a Machinery Technician 3rd Class. Matt Bauer has been around boats his entire life, with his world renown fly fisherman father, Will Bauer. Matt Bauer discovered the need for an honest boat mechanic, who could produce a fast turnaround.
